Surprises are personal. Here is exactly what we hold, and why.
What we store
The details you enter while creating a surprise: recipient and creator names, the story answers you write, the photos, videos and music you upload, your chosen style and plan, and payment records returned by our payment provider.
Who can see a surprise
Each surprise is reachable only through a randomly generated private link. Surprise pages are excluded from search engines. Your email, payment details and internal identifiers are never included on a public surprise page.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment provider. We store only the order reference, payment reference, amount and status.
Deletion
You can delete a surprise from your dashboard at any time. Deleting removes the experience, its media and its private link.
