Refund Policy
Digital experiences are delivered instantly, so refunds are limited — but never unfair.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is charged but no surprise link is generated, or you are charged twice for the same surprise, we refund in full. Your draft is always saved, so you can retry without losing anything.
Before sharing the link
If the experience did not generate correctly and we cannot fix it, contact us before sharing the link and we will refund the order.
After sharing
Once the private link has been opened by the recipient, the experience is considered delivered and is not refundable.
Timelines
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
