Does the recipient need an account?
No. They open the private link on any phone or laptop and the experience begins.
Can I schedule when it unlocks?
Yes, on Premium, Cinematic and Ultimate. Before the unlock time they see a countdown instead of the experience, enforced on our servers.
What can I upload?
JPG, PNG or WebP photos up to 10MB, and MP4 or MOV videos up to 60MB each.
My payment failed. Did I lose my surprise?
No. Your draft is saved and you can pay again from where you left off.
